We offer garage units from 5×16 up to 10×25. In climate control, we offer units from 5×10 up to 10×20. Please refer to our “Reserve Storage” tab on our website to review what sizes are currently available or what sizes you can join the waitlist for.
We always ask what type of things you’re storing. Will you have a lot of furniture? How many bedrooms do you have? If you have many pieces of furniture, we may suggest larger sizes. If you are storing totes and boxes only, we may suggest smaller sizes.
Please do not store open containers of food, gas, propane, or any lithium batteries.

Indoor storage provides climate control so your items do not get too cold or too hot. Outdoor storage is not exposed to the elements, but it is not climate controlled. Outdoor storage may be a good option for short-term rentals.

Yes. If you transfer in the middle of your billing cycle, already paid funds will transfer to your new unit, and you will pay the difference if transferring to a larger unit.

We try to have fair pricing overall. Location matters less than the size of the unit and whether it is climate controlled.
Yes. We offer a move-in special of $29.95 for smaller units and $59.95 for larger units for the first month. This includes and requires our insurance.

We charge a late fee of 10% of your unit rent amount after 5 days late and an additional 10% fee after 15 days late.
We offer a state-of-the-art electronic lock system that only allows you to enter, and you can share access with whoever you want. The app also shows all activity that happens with your unit.
We have 24-hour security footage for peace of mind. We also have a gate that only you or your shared users can enter.

ID and your first month’s rent are all that are required unless you are storing a vehicle. For vehicle storage, we require active insurance, title, and registration.

Please provide a 7-day notice verbally or by email. As long as you are completely moved out the day prior to your due date during business hours and let us know, you will not be charged for another month.
Yes, we require insurance. You can enroll in ours or provide your homeowners or renters policy if it covers items not on your property. Please verify with your insurance company before giving us your declaration page.

Do not stack higher than the sheet metal on all sides of your unit, and leave several inches of clearance under sprinkler pipes. Do not stack too heavy or too high, as this could cause damage or injury.
We sell supplies in our office like plastic sheets and wrap to protect your items. We also sell boxes if needed.
We do not currently offer RV or boat storage. We do offer outside vehicle parking in our back lot sized 8×18, as well as covered garage units ranging from 10×15 to 10×25 for vehicle storage.
We have Orkin come out every month to spray, and we also have bait traps outside our garage units for outdoor pests.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Access hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
